• How long will my package take to arrive?

The packages that are ordered are usually processes in 3-5 working days (excluding weekends) and are shipped to you within 5-10 ( due Coronavirus and customs clearance ) days of making an order from our website. Before you order any products please do take this into consideration as we have made this very clear. Most of the time orders do arrive before 45 days however there can be issues that could result in your package being delayed. 

  • What shall I do if my package hasn't arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived yet please do get in contact with us and we will deal with everything accordingly. We offer tracking on all of our packages so we will know when a package has arrived at your door or if it is in transit. Please use the tracking number supplied to your from the shipping confirmation email or regularly check your order in your account on our website and use that tracking number to enter into our "Track your order" page where you can keep up to date with your order.

  • Do you ship to my country? How much is shipping?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. So yes, we do ship to your country and it's completely free!

  • How long will take my order to arrive?
Ordering processing time take 3-5 business days. Deliveries take usually between 1 to 8 weeks. However, due to slow postal services, shipping delays, public holidays and distance between countries, it can sometimes take up to 2 months, so it depends where you live!

  • Will I receive my order in one package?
As work with different manufactures around the globe, depending on the products you ordered and your location, they will be sent from different places. So, please expect items to be shipped separately. We work with different manufacturers from different places so some items will arrive earlier than others. If you do not receive your order after 8 weeks upon ordering, we can reship your order or we will give you a full refund.

  • What about possible custom fees?
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any custom fees, so you may need to pay them once your order has arrived to your country (this very rarely happens).
